Super Hotel O Bopodi Near Pune IT Park

Ntg really

The area wasn't good. There were cocraches in the room. They don't even provide a bottle of water to drink. They also keep forgetting to fill the water tank,so there wasn't any water available in the washrooms in the early morning.

Room was clean and decent size.

Terrible service. They have no kettle or hot water in the room. No lift. Hotel name is different so difficult to find. Staff unpleasant. Area is slumarea.

Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Simple and clean.

Very difficult to find because they call themselves La Castle when it’s ‘Super hotel o Bopodi’ on this site. Staff are lazy and unhelpful. They didn’t provide hot water or kettle in the room. Reception was mostly unattended. They also sleep until late on sofa at reception. Very Unprofessional behaviour. The room has old windows.

Clean and good location

Staff is good

Very friendly service at the desk, clean and large rooms. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

The location and the property itself were quite good. The place is worth the cost that it comes at. Note that I ended up paying about INR 900 (USD/EUR ~10) a night and I got service that was worth exactly that amount. Nothing more and nothing less. The ACs and other electricals worked well. I did not use the TV or wifi so cannot comment on that.

What I did not like was that the service was also at the discounted rate of INR 900 a night. Now, I am not complaining because I got a good deal, but this would not be worth it for someone who is paying full price.1. Note that while booking.com says it would not take prepayment, the booking is done via Oyo who absolutely wants some amount of prepayment and also gives you a discount for full prepayment (which is good).2. The rooms were NOT CLEAN. The floor was sticky. The floor mat we had was mucky and had stains on it.3. The rooms were NOT CLEANED even once during our entire stay4. The staff seemed like they couldn't care less which was okay for me as I had other things to do all day but not so much for someone who wants some level of service.
